Hi Chris,
I discovered your work a few weeks ago, and I have to admit that your music has caught me.
Dead Republics think it’s a good job although perhaps still lacks polish, I think at some point maybe spare some sound in third place, the end I think it does not end as expected, a more progressive end line with the atmosphere or perhaps by In contrast more sudden and so add more drama.
This is indeed quite different from your previous work. When listening for the very first time, I was thinking “oh no what’s he done now?”. But then at 1:30 it started to make sense. And that last section is just great. The contrast between being stuck and the release now makes me listen to it a few times every day.
Makes for interesting music you can listen to with focus and let it take you to another place, despite it still being a (too short) WIP
